Booking Policy

As participants could come from different places in the world, we chose not to include the flight in the inclusions, however, kindly coordinate with us for the suggested flight and we can arrange it as an add-on.

- Early Bird Discount – get a 5% off the total tour price when you book at least 6 months before the trip departure date.
- Pay-in-Full Promo – pay the entire amount upfront upon booking and receive a 5% discount on your package.
📝 Important Notes:
- Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
- Promos apply to the base tour price only
- Flight bookings, visa services, and optional add-ons are excluded from promo calculations.
- All promo applications must be requested at the time of booking.
- Reservation Fee – a non-refundable 30% reservation fee is required to secure your slot. This confirms your commitment and allows us to proceed with bookings on your behalf.
- Payment Schedule
- 30% – reservation upon booking
- 20% – due 90 days before the trip
- 50% – due 30 days before the trip
Late payments may result in forfeiture of your slot or additional charges. Payment reminders will be sent prior to each due date.
Installment payment is accepted but it varies on each tour, so kindly coordinate with us for the final calculations.
We understand that life happens so here’s how cancellations are handled:
- 120 days or more before the trip: 30% reservation fee is non-
refundable; other payments not yet made are waived. - 60–120 days before the trip: 50% cancellation fee applies
- 0–59 days before the trip: 100% cancellation fee applies
All cancellations must be made in writing via email. Refund processing may take up to 30 business days.
- You may transfer your slot to another person up to 60 days before the
trip. - Name changes are allowed only for the land arrangement package.
- Flight tickets are non-transferable and subject to airline policies.
- International flights are not included in Sheentours group tour packages
unless explicitly stated. - Flights may be booked separately as an add-on service but are subject
to airline cancellation/change penalties and cannot be transferred.
