We arrive in Da Nang and are greeted with warm smiles before heading to our hotel. After dropping our bags, we can take it easy or start exploring before the official check-in at 2 PM. Perhaps a stroll along My Khe Beach, a taste of local seafood, or a Vietnamese iced coffee overlooking the sea. In the evening, we will cruise Han River, get to know our travel companions, and wander the lively streets before our first overnight in Da Nang.

We kick off with panoramic views at Monkey Mountain, where the towering Goddess of Mercy statue watches over the sea. Then, we roll into Cam Thanh Village for a hands-on cooking class (yes, we get to eat what we make!). In the Coconut Jungle, we try basket boat rowing and fishing before stepping into the living postcard of Hoi An Ancient Town where we’ll visit Phuc Kien Pagoda, Phung Hung Ancient House, the Japanese Bridge, and others. As the sun sets, we float on the Hoai River, releasing glowing lanterns for good luck.

Today we head up to Ba Na Hills via Southeast Asia’s most modern cable car, soaking up sweeping mountain and city views. We stroll the famous Golden Bridge, visit the wine cellar, themed gardens, and Linh Ung Pagoda, then enjoy a buffet lunch. The whimsical French Village offers lively performances and unique photo spots. Later, we take the Lava Train to new attractions like Helios Waterfall and the Moon Kingdom before returning to Da Nang for the night.

After breakfast, we take a short flight to Vietnam’s bustling capital, Hanoi. Once we’ve checked into our hotel, we dive straight into the city’s flavors with a guided food tour around the lively Old Quarter. Together, we’ll sample authentic Vietnamese delicacies — from steaming bowls of pho and crispy banh mi to savory spring rolls and sweet treats. Along the way, we soak in the charm of Hanoi’s narrow streets, buzzing scooters, and endless energy. Evening is free to relax or continue exploring.

We board a comfortable sleeper bus to Sapa Town, watching the scenery change to rolling mountains. After lunch, we trek to Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’mong people. We pass terraced fields, visit a pretty waterfall, and see the old French-built hydro station. Evening is free to browse Sapa’s night market or enjoy a warm bowl of pho before overnighting in the cool mountain air.

After breakfast, we ride the cable car up Fansipan Peak, gliding over terraced fields and misty mountains. At 2,800 meters, we visit a peaceful mountaintop pagoda before climbing 600 steps to the summit — 3,143 meters above sea level!

From here, the views stretch across Vietnam and beyond. After photos, we return by cable car for lunch in Sapa, enjoy a little free time, then make our way back to Hanoi for the night.

We set off early for the breathtaking Ha Long Bay and board our luxury day cruise. Our first stop is the impressive Surprising Cave, filled with unique rock formations. Next, we paddle through the calm waters of Luon Cave by kayak or enjoy a leisurely bamboo boat ride.

In the afternoon, we visit Titop Island to relax on the beach or hike to its peak for sweeping bay views. As we cruise back, we gather on deck for tea, snacks, and the golden glow of sunset before returning to Hanoi for the night.

After breakfast, we check out of our hotel and prepare for our journey home. If our flight schedule allows, we can take a final stroll through Hanoi’s lively streets, pick up last-minute souvenirs, or enjoy one more cup of rich Vietnamese coffee at a local café. Our driver will then transfer us to the airport, where we bid farewell to Vietnam — carrying with us a camera full of photos, a suitcase of keepsakes, and memories of an unforgettable adventure.
